• Texas Level III Armed Certification is required.
• Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and the public while following site security procedures and emergency protocols at a water utility location.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted utility areas, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and according to post orders.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents and patrols, and communicate information to leadership and site representatives.
