Job summary

Silver Shield Inc. is seeking dedicated and experienced Armed Security Officers to join our team in the Fort Worth, Arlington and Denton area. The on-call officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.

Shifts run Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekend work. Candidates should have strong surveillance skills, conflict management abilities, knowledge of law enforcement procedures, and CPR/first aid training.

Qualifications

• Strong surveillance skills to monitor premises.
• Excellent conflict management abilities to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of law enforcement procedures, including arrest techniques and legal rights.
• CPR certification and first aid training to provide immediate medical assistance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Foot Patrol and walking up and down stairs.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors in emergency situations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.

• 2-3 years of experience as an Armed Officer or in a similar role preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle to post in

• Must have active Level III guard card.
