Job summary

Silver Shield Inc. is actively seeking dedicated Armed Security Officers to maintain a safe environment for clients, employees and visitors in the Dallas area. The on‑call officer will demonstrate strong surveillance, conflict management, and knowledge of law enforcement procedures to address emergencies.

Shifts run Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with no weekends. Responsibilities include patrolling, responding to alarms, assisting staff, enforcing policies, inspecting for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of Armed Officer or similar experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to post in.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Active Level III guard card required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Foot patrol and walking up and down stairs.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors in emergency situations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
