Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working alone and capable of standing/walking for long periods
• BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit required
• Own your duty weapon and have reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Fluent in English, strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong-armed presence to deter unauthorized activity and enhance safety
• Conduct continuous foot patrols and maintain high visibility across the property
• Perform access control and ensure only approved individuals are allowed entry
• Use scanning equipment to document checkpoint activity as required
• Detect, observe, and report suspicious persons, behavior, or hazards
• Communicate effectively with team members and property management
• Submit clear, detailed incident and activity reports
• Support emergency protocols and enforce property rules and regulations
• Report broken equipment or potential safety issues promptly

• Attention to detail and professionalism under pressure
• Minimum 1 year of contract security experience (Preferred)
