Job summary

Eagles Point Security is hiring an Armed Security Officer for French Camp, CA. This role supports a Military Contract with on-call or part-time capacity, with opportunities to transition to full-time as openings arise.

Key duties include guarding, patrols, access control, incident reporting, and cooperation with management to ensure safety. Applicants must hold BSIS Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, and OC/Baton permits, be fluent in English, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Valid BSIS Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit and OC/Baton permits are required.
• Fluent in English, able to work independently and handle shifts.
• Minimum 1 year of contract security experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand/walk 8+ hours and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong armed presence to deter unauthorized activity and enhance safety.
• Conduct continuous foot patrols and maintain high visibility across the property.
• Perform access control and ensure only approved individuals are allowed entry.
• Use scanning equipment to document checkpoint activity as required.
• Detect, observe, and report suspicious persons, behavior, or hazards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and property management.
• Submit clear, detailed incident and activity reports.
• Support emergency protocols and enforce property rules and regulations.
• Report broken equipment or potential safety issues promptly.

Pay:$25.78/HR. (Includes a health and wellness premium)

Employment Structure
We are currently hiring for on-call and part-time positions. Selected candidates will begin in an on-call or part-time capacity and will be considered for full-time positions as they become available. Requirements

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• Valid OC and Baton permit
• Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (Required)
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Fluent in English — verbal and written
• Physically capable of standing/walking for 8+ hours per shift
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and professionalism under pressure
• Minimum 1 year of contract security experience (Preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is discussed during the interview process. Pay is at a premium and includes a Health & Welfare premium on top of base pay, plus company-issued equipment.
