Title: Armed Dedicated Officer

Post Location: Eufaula, Alabama

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, own a firearm, and possess a carry permit.

Position Summary:

A Signal Armed Security Officer conducts patrols (foot and vehicle) of courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas to ensure access points are secured and property and residents are protected. Officers actively observe their surroundings, engage positively with customers and associates, and respond to emergencies. Duties include those listed below and additional responsibilities per site’s Post Orders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile security services, operating company patrol vehicles according to site instructions.
• Write detailed reports using company technology during each shift.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow dress code, and meet standards.
• Interact professionally with customers to provide peace of mind.
• Report issues promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain responsibility for assigned vehicle, including fueling, cleaning, and inspections.
• Care for assigned equipment such as radios, keys/cards, uniforms, and devices.
• Manage daily activities to meet benchmarks set by supervisors.
• De-escalate issues through professional communication.
• Communicate with supervisors about client needs, route changes, and updates to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Be 21 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Complete training modules within the first month
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to service and company values
• Able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
