MProtective, LLC is a Central Pennsylvania based Security Company that is seeking self-motivated individuals to fill several positions located in York County.

We are a licensed security company and meet all the state standards to provide security in education facilities, private or government entities.

We are currently hiring for multiple locations:

1. Armed School Security Officers for the Eastern York School District.
   The successful candidate should possess a current Act 235 (lethal) Certification as well as basic NASRO certification or have the ability to obtain both prior to the start of the 25/26 school year. A thorough background check will be conducted. Must pass a drug screen.

Positions available: Full Time with hours correlating to a normal school day with
some after-hour school events.
Pay: Competitive pay rates which will be discussed further at the time of interview.
Expected hours: 40 per week with Day / Evening / Weekend shifts.

1. Armed Security Officers for OSS Health located in York County.
   The successful candidate should possess a current Act 235 (lethal) Certification. A thorough background check will be conducted. Must pass a drug screen.

Positions available: Full Time 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 based schedule. Part Time
as needed.
Pay: Competitive pay rates which will be discussed further at the time of interview.
Expected hours: 40 per week with Day / Evening / Night / Weekend shifts.

Candidates must have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing, handle several tasks simultaneously and remain composed in emergency situations. Complete incident reports and document daily activities on a log. The position also requires excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and a criminal free record.

Excellent physical condition, including full mobility, is also required.

Maintain a neat and professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
