Markley is seeking an experienced Armed Security Officer with an active U.S. government-issued security clearance. As a Cleared Security Officer, you will be entrusted with sensitive information and responsible for protecting classified information and personnel. You will receive specialized training in site-specific security protocols related to your clearance level, supporting your professional growth in the security field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism.
• Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information.
• Ensure employees, visitors, and contractors are properly cleared and possess appropriate security badges when accessing the property. Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to clients and/or other security personnel.
• Protect property, materials, equipment, and information from threats such as terrorism, sabotage, espionage, intrusion, and criminal acts.
• Respond to and assess security or emergency alarms.
• Function as a first responder in emergency situations.

Requirements and Conditions of Employment:

• Must hold an active U.S. government-issued security clearance.
