Allied Universal in Dallas, TX seeks an Armed Security Officer Patrol to safeguard campus locations and provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. You will perform routine armed patrols, respond to alarms and incidents, and maintain professional behavior in a dynamic educational setting.

Requirements include 6 months of security experience, a valid armed guard card, ability to work night shifts, and a HS diploma.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors following policies.

Job Description

As a Armed Security Guard Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer supporting a dynamic educational location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations with professionalism, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.94 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, campus-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, residence-related areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and check credentials as assigned; report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate campus contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain required documentation, and collaborate with campus personnel and local law enforcement when directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Hold CPR certification, preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
