Qualifications

• State security license and BSIS 32hr trainings required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• One year of armed security experience.
• Active exposed firearm permit required.
• Please include an up-to-date security resume.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• HS Diploma or GED required; documentation must be provided.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post checks of officers under your supervision.
• Train new officers.
• Ensure 100% site coverage with zero dark posts.
• Issue corrective action forms (CAFs).
• Patrol sensitive areas and spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check alarms and cameras for proper functioning.
• Document incidents and actions taken; respond to alarms on-site.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of people and property.

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Armed Security Guard - Part Time

Qualifications of for a Armed Security Guard - Part Time

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have one year of armed security experience
• Must have active exposed firearm permit
• Please include your most up to date security resume
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
