Job summary

In-N-Out Burger is seeking a security guard in Franklin, TN to maintain safety and deliver friendly, professional service to guests. This role includes lobby reception, visitor logging, and routine surveillance across all shifts, including nights and holidays.

You will respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement when needed. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on teamwork and guest hospitality.

Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License required.
• Armed Registration Card issued by the Tennessee Department of Commer and Insurance; required
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of the Franklin facility and grounds.
• Serve as a receptionist/greeter in the lobby for all visitors coming to the facility.
• Screen and log in all visitors entering and exiting the complex.
• Conduct routine surveillance; perform security patrols, protocol and contingency operations.
• Contacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency.
• After business hours - checks doors, windows, to ensure the property is secure.
• Investigates reports of suspicious activity on the property.
• Provide excellent customer service; maintain friendliness and professionalism at all times.
