Omnium Protection Group in Boston is seeking experienced Full Time Armed Security Associates to protect client properties and deter risk. You will conduct interior and exterior patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to emergencies while delivering top‑notch customer service.

Qualified candidates have 2–5 years in security or related fields, MA License to Carry, and can pass pistol qualification. Reliable transportation and a professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for armed roles and able to pass pistol qualification.
• Must possess valid unrestricted Massachusetts License to Carry.
• Must own several dark-colored suits and have reliable transportation.
• Must be well-groomed with a professional image.
• Experience in law enforcement, military, corrections or private security preferred.
• Ability to pass drug screening and extensive background check.
• Flexibility with schedule and work environments, strong written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior security tours of properties.
• Maintain security presence and visible deterrence.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to clients.
• Prepare timely shift logs and incident reports.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and the public.
