Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• Must pass pistol qualification and possess MA License to Carry.
• Must own several dark-colored suits and have reliable transportation.
• Must pass screening including drug testing and extensive background investigation.
• 2–5 years documented security, law enforcement, or related experience.
• Must be able to work with children and young adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior tours of the properties.
• Maintain a general security presence and visual deterrence.
• Monitor CCTV cameras.
• Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all clients.
• Write time-sensitive detailed daily shift logs and incident reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and the public.
