Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid firearms license or certification required.
• Active PERC and FOID card required.
• Must own a firearm with a level 2 retention holster or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services at the assigned client site(s), ensuring safety and security of personnel, premises, and assets.
• Be available to work various shifts and client sites as needed.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff; foster a positive and secure environment.
• Conduct regular patrols of the site and monitor surveillance equipment per client protocols.
• Accurately document incidents and report them to appropriate personnel.
• Additional duties as assigned by Silver Star leadership team.
