All Pro Security is seeking a full-time Armed Security Officer to protect staff and visitors in the Portland area. The schedule runs Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 10pm to 10am, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 depending on experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, Oregon DPSST Armed Security Guard License, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional appearance and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possession of a Oregon DPSST Armed Security Guard License is required prior to applying.
• Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors by maintaining a secure environment.
• Conduct foot patrols in designated areas to deter criminal activities and enforce client policies.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
