Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking mature, responsible security officers for part-time roles in Tennessee, with potential to transition to full-time. An active armed guard license and one year of experience are preferred.

Candidates must be willing to work unarmed assignments when needed and have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Starting pay is $16 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Opportunities to be cross trained for different posts and events are available, with shifts including Saturdays

Qualifications

• Active Armed Guard Certification is required.
• Dallas's Law qualifications including De-Escalation Tactics, Safe Restraint Techniques, and CPR/First Aid.
• 1 year of security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional demeanor and de-escalate incidents.
• Complete accurate incident reports and documentation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Mature, responsible, and reliable part-time positions available (with potential to go full-time). Having an active armed guard license and 1 year of experience is preferred. Must be willing to work in occasional unarmed assignments where needed.

FLEXIBILITY CREATES OPPORTUNITY

Everyday is different.

Post locations vary and our officers are required to be flexible with being cross trained for different fixed posts and events. Being available for 2nd or 3rd shifts through the week, or 12 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

The officer is expected to always conduct themselves in a professional manner with a professional attitude with the ability to de-escalate situations that come up. Report writing and proper documentation is a must.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Active Armed Guard Certification; Dallas's Law qualifications ( DeEscalation Tactics, Safe Restraint Techniques, and CPR/First Aid). Reliable transportation, no uber or car sharing, and an active driver's license is required.

PAY AND OPPORTUNITIES

Starting pay of $16/hour paid bi-weekly.
