Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking a security officer to protect and secure our facilities in Cincinnati, OH. The role emphasizes safeguarding associates and visitors, monitoring cameras and access controls, and maintaining safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

First shift runs 6am–2pm with every other weekend off; the position offers a competitive hourly rate plus eligibility for annual bonus and stock incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• minimum 5 years' experience in law enforcement required or equivalent qualifications
• able to lawfully carry a concealed firearm
• has completed a state or federal firearms course or similar military training
• basic knowledge of security and computer systems
• valid driver's license
• qualified candidates are available to work 40 hours a week

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Security department is currently seeking a security officer. The security officer role monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of associates, visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises. This is a great opportunity for former law enforcement and military veterans.

The pay rate for this position is $25.50 an hour. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
