Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, maximizing earnings.

The position requires an armed security certification in Texas, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will support customers at a distribution site, respond to incidents, and perform regular patrols while maintaining strict post orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a food and beverage distribution location.

• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized personnel and deliveries, and report unusual activity to site leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain documentation of daily activities.

As a Security Officer Armed Enhanced Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

$23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Fri: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following armed post orders and applicable procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized personnel and deliveries, and report unusual activity or policy violations to site leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain required documentation for daily activities and observations.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
