GLOBAL PROTECTION & INVESTIGATIONS is seeking dependable Armed Security Officers for standing post and patrol assignments at assigned client sites. Part-time employment with professional responsibility for protecting people and property, monitoring access points, and maintaining a visible security presence.

Candidates should have strong communication, sound judgment, situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while following post orders and client policies.

Formación

• Valid government-issued identification.
• Current California BSIS Guard Card.
• Current California BSIS Firearms Permit.
• Current firearms qualifications as required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a professional armed security presence at assigned locations.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as directed.
• Monitor entrances, exits, access points, and restricted areas.
• Inspect buildings, parking lots, gates, and designated property areas.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, property damage, and security violations.
• Perform lock-up procedures and property security checks.
• Respond to alarms, dispatch calls, and security incidents.
• Enforce property rules and client policies professionally.
• Prioritize de-escalation and use force only when legally justified and consistent with company policy.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and required documentation.
• Follow post orders, company policies, and supervisory instructions.
• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and readiness for duty.

POSITION SUMMARY

Global Protection & Investigations is seeking dependable, professional, and qualified Armed Security Officers for standing post and patrol assignments. Officers are responsible for protecting people and property, conducting patrols, monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and maintaining a visible security presence.

Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, situational awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a professional armed security presence at assigned locations.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as directed.
• Monitor entrances, exits, access points, and restricted areas.
• Inspect buildings, parking lots, gates, and designated property areas.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, property damage, and security violations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid government-issued identification.
• Current California BSIS Guard Card.
• Valid California BSIS Firearms Permit.
• Current firearms qualifications as required by law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous armed security, patrol, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Experience with incident reporting and dispatch communications.
• Training in de-escalation, emergency response, and conflict resolution.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience with access control and property inspections.

Officers must maintain required permits, comply with applicable laws, follow the chain of command, and represent the company professionally at all times.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Assignments may include standing posts, foot patrols, vehicle patrols, outdoor environments, and evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts.
