Premier Protective Security is seeking an Armed Security Field Supervisor for the Phoenix, AZ area. The role requires prior field supervisor experience and carrying your own firearm on site. Pay is $23.50 per hour plus overtime where applicable, with biweekly pay.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, patrolling client sites, enforcing site rules, and providing customer service. A clean driver's license and the ability to walk/stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

Must have prior Armed Security Field Supervisor experience.
Must be able to carry a personal firearm on the jobsite.
Must have a clean driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response.
Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
Conduct regular and random patrols around client sites per contract.
Enforce regulations for personnel, visitors and areas.
Maintain vigilance and report potential risks to clients.

Salary: $23.50 an hour (non-negotiable)

Must have prior Armed Security Field Supervisor experience

Must have your own personal firearm to carry on the jobsite: (semi-auto)(2 mags)(9mm,40 cal,45cal)

Must have Customer Service experience, ability to navigate phone apps, and write reports

Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time

Must have a clean Driver's License

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for Armed Roles)
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Premier Protective Security will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively safeguarding the premises, including, at times, patrolling a variety of locations.
They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
