Job summary

Premier Protective Security is seeking an Armed Security Field Supervisor for the Phoenix, AZ area. The role requires prior field supervisor experience and carrying your own firearm on site. Pay is $23.50 per hour plus overtime where applicable, with biweekly pay.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, patrolling client sites, enforcing site rules, and providing customer service. A clean driver's license and the ability to walk/stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Armed Security Field Supervisor experience.
• Must be able to carry a personal firearm on the jobsite.
• Must have a clean driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around client sites per contract.
• Enforce regulations for personnel, visitors and areas.
• Maintain vigilance and report potential risks to clients.
