Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, controlled-access areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and vehicle entry requirements in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and irregular conditions in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
