GLOBAL OPS is seeking experienced Armed Security Agents to support client locations across Connecticut and New Jersey. This is an active, highly visible role for professionals who remain vigilant, exercise decisiveness, and take pride in representing themselves and the company with professionalism.

Approximately 60-70% of shifts are outdoors, including perimeter checks, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as they arise.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Connecticut State Armed Security License or valid New Jersey State Armed Security License and New Jersey State pistol permit.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional appearance with strong customer service mindset.

A valid Connecticut State Armed Security License OR A valid New Jersey Armed Security License AND A New Jersey State pistol permit, which allows individuals with pistol permits to legally work in an armed capacity.

This is NOT a static post. Approximately 60-70% of your shift will be spent outdoors standing post, conducting perimeter checks, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as they arise. Every shift presents new challenges, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy staying engaged and making a meaningful impact.

Multiple assignments are available throughout New York State. Placement will be based on operational needs and business requirements.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut State Armed Security License

OR

• Valid New Jersey State Armed Security License
• Valid New Jersey State pistol permit

AND

• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
• Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset
• Proven reliability and strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED
• Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays
• Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training
