GLOBAL OPS is hiring experienced Armed Security Agents to protect client locations across New York State. This full-time, in-person role emphasizes vigilance, decisiveness, and professionalism while representing the company with integrity.

The position requires NYS armed security credentials, the ability to work outdoors, and a strong customer-service mindset. Multiple assignments are available with compensation reflecting market rates.

Qualifications

Valid New York State Armed Security License.
Valid unrestricted NY pistol permit or NYS Yellow Carry Card.
Ability to work anywhere in New York State.
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all weather.
Excellent observation and communication skills.
Professional appearance with a customer service mindset.
High school diploma or GED.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to complete all required screenings and training.

Responsibilities

Conduct proactive perimeter checks to maintain a safe and secure environment.

A valid New York State Armed Security License AND either A valid unrestricted New York State pistol permit, OR a valid NYS Yellow Carry Card, which allows individuals with pistol permits to legally work in an armed capacity.

We're seeking experienced Armed Security Agents to support client locations across New York State. This is an active, highly visible role for professionals who remain situationally aware, vigilant, exercise decisiveness, and take pride in representing themselves and their company with professionalism.

This is NOT a static post. Approximately 60-70% of your shift will be spent outdoors standing post, conducting perimeter checks, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as they arise. Every shift presents new challenges, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy staying engaged and making a meaningful impact.

Multiple assignments are available throughout New York State. Placement will be based on operational needs and business requirements.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

Ability to work assignments in New York State
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset
Proven reliability and strong work ethic
High School Diploma or GED
Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays
Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training
