Guardian Group Solutions LLC is seeking a highly reliable Armed Security Officer to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This permanent role may involve a FT 12-hour shift and is suitable for former military service members or law enforcement professionals protecting high-value assets.

The position requires standing/patrolling, valid Florida security licenses, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Former military or law enforcement background preferred.
• Valid Florida Class D and G security licenses.
• CPR/First Aid preferred or willing to obtain.
• Ability to stand, patrol, and be physically active.
• Excellent verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Neatly groomed appearance.
• Must be able to pass firearms proficiency test.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly reliable and physically active Armed Security Officer to join our team in Pompano Beach FL. This position is fit for only a former military service member/law enforcement looking to contribute to the safety and protection of a private business with high value assets.

This is a permanent position where the hired employee would potentially work a FT 12 hour shift.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Military/Law Enforcement service preferred
• Valid Florida Class D and G Security License
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be physically capable of standing, patrolling
• Excellent verbal communication and de-escalation skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Neatly groomed appearance
• Must be able to successfully pass a firearms proficiency test

Compensation & Benefits

• $34.00 per hour
