Job summary

Cascadia Global Security (CGS) is hiring an Armed School Security Officer for a full-time role in Del Valle, TX. The position requires guarding a school environment with rigorous screenings and background checks, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, and a hourly pay of $22. Daily pay options are available.

Responsibilities include access control, incident reporting, campus patrols, and enforcing safety policies. Applicants must be 21+ with a high school diploma and pass background checks; body armor

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to generate reports.
• Must pass criminal background checks and screenings.
• Comfortable working with children and teens in a school setting.
• Ability to remain calm and act during emergencies.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control and campus safety.
• Investigate and report safety issues and maintenance concerns.
• Patrol client facilities, sometimes on foot or in assigned vehicle.
• Deterrence of theft and vandalism on site.
• Ensure a safe, professional environment for staff and students.
• Follow campus rules and regulations and document activities concisely.
