Cascadia Global Security is hiring an Armed Security Officer for the Issaquah, WA area. The role is full-time with Monday through Friday day shifts and pays $31 per hour.

This position requires an active Armed security license in Washington and offers daily pay options, with biweekly payroll and strong support from a national office. We seek candidates who can perform access control, patrols, and incident reporting while maintaining a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Must handle stressful situations and emergencies.
• Candidates should provide body armor: Tactical outer carrier, Concealed inner carrier, 3a+ soft armor, Duty belt with MOLLE, OC spray, handcuffs, baton, and own duty weapon with 2 spare magazines.

Responsibilities

• Access control for client sites.
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions.
• Foot patrols to maintain visibility and observe unusual activities.
• Theft and vandalism deterrence.
• Ensure safe and professional environments for clients and staff.
• Complete daily administrative documentation.

Armed Security Specialist Responsibilities

• Access Control


• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety


• Patrols are assigned on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities




• Patrols may be assigned in a company-marked vehicle provided the candidates' driving history is exemplary




• Theft and vandalism deterrence


• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment


• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete


• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform


• Perform other related duties as required

Experience

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)


• Security: 1 year of armed experience (Preferred)

License/Certification
