Concentric is seeking an Armed Residential Security Agent for our client’s San Francisco headquarters, working full-time on the night shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will be the first point of contact for security needs, monitor surveillance and access controls, and provide high-level customer service while safeguarding personnel and property through disciplined judgment and discretion.

Qualifications

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card.
• BSIS Firearms Permit in good standing.
• Legal authorization to possess and carry a firearm.
• Maintenance of all required BSIS firearms qualifications and renewals.
• Successful track record operating within a high-touch, customer-service environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
• High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client security needs and support threat management and emergency response.
• Monitor and manage camera systems, access control technology, and other security tools.
• Monitor critical facility functions as assigned by the client.
• Advise and take action regarding unknown visitors, phone calls, and other contacts.
• Maintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication with clients regarding service requests and deliverables.
• Provide a high standard of customer service to clients, guests, and staff.
• Ensure client deliverables are met across the full suite of security services.
• Proactively communicate with clients about risks to personnel, property, or privacy.
• Ensure completion of any client-required plans, surveys, or reports.
• Assist with customer service issues to maintain a consistently high level of service.
• Communicate with co-workers, management, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform to and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
