Concentric in Seattle, WA is seeking a Residential Security Agent to join our client’s security team. This role entails onsite security, access control, incident coordination, and high-level customer service.

The RSA will rotate 12-hour shifts (night to day) on a 4/3/3/4 schedule, starting on night shift. Armed duties require state licensing and CPR/First Aid certification. Apply to join a globally oriented risk management partner.

Qualifikationen

• Current WA state guard card and armed endorsement required.
• Concealed Pistol License (CPL) issued by WA DOL required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Defensive tactics, de-escalation and security training experience.

• Monitor access control systems and camera systems.
• Coordinate emergency response and incident management.
• Provide high standard customer service to client, guests and staff.
• Assist Executive Protection team when required.
• Maintain professional liaison with client and management.
