Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Residential Security Agent to join the client-site security team in Seattle, WA. The RSA will monitor access control, support incident management, and coordinate emergencies, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes customer service, professional conduct, and collaboration with Executive Protection when required. This on-site position operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00–6:00) and starts on night shift, rotating to day

Qualifications

• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
• Current WA state guard card and armed endorsement; licensing/training in defensive tactics, de-escalation, first aid/medical response, security guarding, and firearms use.
• This is an armed position; candidates must be current or retired law enforcement or possess a CPL issued by WA.
• CPR/FA training or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support threat management and emergency response; act as the first point of contact for client security needs.
• Monitor and manage camera systems, access control, and security tools.
• Advise on dealing with unknown visitors, calls, and other contacts.
• Maintain strong rapport and open communication regarding client needs and service issues.
• Provide a high standard of customer service for clients, guests, and staff.
• Ensure client deliverables are met across the full range of security services.
• Proactively communicate risks to personnel, property, or privacy.
• Complete client-required plans, surveys, or reports.
• Assist with customer service issues to maintain high service levels.
• Communicate with coworkers, management, clients courteously and professionally.
• Adhere to all regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist Executive Protection with driving and protection as needed.
