Ready to suit up as a Tactical Armed Security Guard?

What matters most in this role is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risks, and act accordingly. Tell us how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths.

As an Armed Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around throughout your shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Nashville, Tennessee
• Set schedule: Full-time. 1pm - 9pm Saturday - Wednesday OR Thursday - Monday
• Full-time. 9pm - 5am Tuesday - Saturday OR Wednesday - Saturday OR Thursday - Sunday
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.50 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of Tactical Armed Security Guard:

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of an Armed Tactical Security Guard:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Have a valid Driver's License
• Be over the age of 21
• Have Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections employment experience
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
