Job summary

Allied Universal in Independence, MO is seeking a Security Officer Armed Perimeter Patrol Driver with a DoD Secret Clearance. You will monitor the perimeter, patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and provide professional customer service while supporting site operations.

Minimum requirements include 3+ years of security or related experience or a college degree, an Armed Guard Card/License, a valid DoD clearance, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or a college degree.
• Armed Guard Card/License and DoD Secret Clearance are required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and in line with site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Communicate observations to site personnel and report hazards or unusual conditions.
