Allied Universal in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Digital Reporting to protect clients at a busy retail location. You will provide customer service, maintain a visible armed presence, and log events using digital reporting tools.

You will patrol, monitor activity, and coordinate with store leadership and responders, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, store associates, and visitors following security procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, disputes, theft and other critical situations.
• Conduct regular armed patrols across the retail location and perimeter areas.
• Monitor for security concerns and report observations to leadership.

• Conduct regular armed patrols across the retail location, including floors, entrances, exits and parking areas.
• Monitor for security concerns, suspicious activity and policy violations, reporting observations to leadership.
• Assist with access control, incident documentation, and communication with store leadership and responders.
