Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol in Charlotte, NC. You will protect the financial institution, conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining a professional, service-oriented presence.

The role requires prior military or law enforcement training and at least three years in security, with preference for CPR/First Aid and badge experience. Day and night shifts are included, and a drug screen may be required.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of a Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or equivalent.
• Possess at least three years of security-related, law enforcement, military police, or military experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor and contractor sign-in procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner with established reporting procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
