Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer to patrol and secure a CAMDEN, AR aerospace/defense site. The role requires an armed guard card, DoD Secret Clearance, and 21+ age, with daily daytime shifts and weekly pay.

You will deliver exceptional customer service while enforcing post orders and safety procedures. Responsibilities include regulated access control, patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with responders.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years in security supervision/management, or 3 years in security.
• Armed guard card or license is required.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out armed security procedures and incident response.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Operate communications equipment and coordinate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when needed.
