Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Concealed carry weapons permit.
• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver's license per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and other security-related matters.
