Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors with security procedures and emergency response as needed.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail location, reporting unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and maintain a safe environment for customers, employees, and vendors.
• Document incidents and security activities per location procedures.
