Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms per protocol and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct armed patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas to deter threats.
• Monitor restricted access areas and document activities per site procedures.
• Prepare reports on patrols, incidents and observations.
