Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 4+ years military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by enforcing site policies and emergency procedures at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with management and emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the location, including interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials, and deter unauthorized entry.
• Support security operations involving high-value assets and after-hours activity with professionalism.
