Job summary

Silver Shield Inc. in El Paso, TX is seeking dedicated On-Call Armed Security Officers to join our team. You will patrol, respond to alarms, and assist employees and visitors in emergencies.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of armed officer experience, a valid Level III guard card, a valid driver's license with their own vehicle, and be able to pass background checks and drug screening. Competitive pay based on experience and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Armed Officer or in a similar role preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle to post in.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have active Level III guard card.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Foot patrol and walking up and down stairs.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors in emergency situations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
