Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Valid armed guard card or license.
• Valid driver’s license per policy.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a hospitality property.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, guest areas, parking areas, grounds, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; assist with access control and report policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports and maintain equipment per site procedures.
