Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Armed Mobile Patrol in Raleigh, NC. You will protect clients across government and other sectors, perform patrols, deter incidents, and deliver professional customer service.

The role requires an Armed Guard Card/License preferred, 21+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and compliance with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and in accordance with protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeters, and access points.
• Monitor restricted areas, verify credentials, and document visitor and incident information.
• Maintain a visible presence and complete daily activity reports.
