Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel at a government location.
• Conduct armed patrols of assigned areas, buildings, grounds, and parking to deter threats.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, hazards, and suspicious activity; document incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established procedures and maintain communication with site personnel.
• Operate assigned security equipment and stay ready to respond per licensing, post orders and laws.
