Job summary

Hedrick Medical Center is seeking a Security Officer to join our team. You will be required to know all aspects of security, including patrolling, approved security responses, and reporting incidents/issues according to department procedures. We offer starting hourly rate of $25.00.

Shift: Saturday 8:00am-8:00pm, 4 hours float of a total of 16 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work autonomously or with a team.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and professional conduct.
• Ability to patrol and monitor premises.
• Report incidents according to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees, patients, and visitors with parking and access control.
• Patrol hospital campus and report safety/security issues.
• Provide personal escorts and other routine security services.
