Job summary

Code 4 Private Security is seeking an Armed Mobile Patrol Security Officer for a residential HOA in Lynwood, CA. This full-time graveyard position requires patrolling the community, monitoring gates and parking, and maintaining a professional security presence.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, contact with residents and dispatch, and adherence to HOA procedures. A California firearms permit and use-of-force training are required, with prior armed security or mobile patrol experience

Qualifications

• Valid California Exposed Firearm Permit.
• Current Powers to Arrest / Appropriate Use of Force training.
• Must meet all requirements to work an armed security position.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• HOA or mobile patrol experience is a plus.
• Smartphone with reliable service and transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled vehicle patrols within the HOA community.
• Monitor entry/exit gates and parking areas for safety and compliance.
• Document activity, incidents, and violations using the reporting system.
• Observe for suspicious behavior and safety hazards and report promptly.
• Communicate professionally with residents, supervisors, and dispatch.
• Follow post orders and Code 4 Private Security policies.
