Qualifications

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Document incidents and patrol activity and communicate with leadership.
