Job summary

Inter-Con Security is seeking qualified security personnel for hospital campus coverage in Seattle. You will monitor entry points, identify potential threats, and conduct bag checks to ensure safety and compliance.

In this role, you will respond to emergencies, support hospital staff during high-risk events, and collaborate with hospital leadership and emergency services. Compliance with protocols and health requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of armed security/military/law enforcement experience.
• CJTC-certified or eligible for certification.
• Able to obtain/maintain an Armed Guard Card.
• Successful background check, drug screen, and health physical.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individuals entering and exiting the facility and identify security threats.
• Respond to security emergencies and safety incidents.
• Assist hospital staff during high-risk or disruptive situations and coordinate with leadership and security teams.
• Follow established emergency response procedures and use appropriate intervention when permitted.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of armed experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• Previously CJTC-certified
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an Armed Guard Card
• Pass a background check, drug screen, and health physical check
• Complete required Varicella, MMR, and Hepatitis B health requirements
• If non-immune or low-immune, provide vaccination records or complete the required vaccination process
