Allied Universal is hiring an armed Federal Protective Services Security Officer for a high-profile site in Washington, D.C. The role covers armed patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting and customer service, in line with Allied Universal standards.

Qualifications include a current Secret clearance, three years of armed security or military experience, and the ability to obtain FPS suitability within 60 days.

• Must be able to communicate clearly with the public and teammates.
• Ability to respond calmly in emergencies while following protocol.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility is protected with high-quality security services.
• Build and maintain relationships with client employees and guests.
• Report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual events in writing and verbally.
• Handle security issues and emergencies per established protocols.
• Follow all site orders and operations manuals.
