Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking an Armed Field Supervisor to lead security officers in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on field supervision, client service, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Current Florida Class D Security Officer License.
• Ability to obtain a Florida Class G Armed Security License if not licensed.
• Prior armed security, supervisory, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision and support to security officers and clients.
• Conduct site visits and officer checks.
• Provide guidance and support to security officers in the field.
• Monitor officer performance, appearance, attendance and post responsibilities.
• Assist with scheduling and coverage needs.
• Communicate with clients, officers and management professionally.
• Respond to incidents and emergency situations.
• Complete reports and required documentation accurately.
• Ensure officers follow post orders, company policies and regulations.
• Assist with training, coaching and development of officers.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients and security personnel.
• Perform other field and supervisory duties as assigned.
