Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must hold an Armed Louisiana Security License.
Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards.

Responsibilities

Manage officer schedules and assignments.
Conduct field training, coaching, and evaluations.
Support dispatch and logistics needs.
Conduct walking patrols and report safety concerns.
Monitor access points and verify credentials.
Respond to alarms and incidents according to protocol.
Maintain electronic logs and incident reports.
Enforce post instructions and procedures.
Use tablets and basic computer systems for reporting.

Minimum Physical Requirements With or Without reasonable accommodation (subject to change based on client-specific needs)
